What: Poster for Arts Grants and Creative Support from the City of Urbana
Function: Advertising an event
Seen in Parkland College
The quality of the artwork is fine. The colors are great. The layout and font choices create a hierarchy of information in a visually interesting way.
I would call this Swiss International or Bauhaus for the Grid. It might be contemporary except for how much copy is on the poster.
What attracted me to the poster: I really like those colors, and the font in the head line.
